Religious Education

St. Anthony’s religious education programs starts with pre-kindergarten and ends with eleventh grade.  Classes are on Sunday mornings following 8:00 a.m. Mass, from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.

Religious education nourishes the development of the whole person through spiritual and academic formation based on the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Through Religious Education and our Youth Group, we encourage our Youth to serve both the faith community and society by becoming active and caring members of the communities, cities, and nation in which they live.

Sacramental classes (First Communion, First Reconciliation, and Confirmation) are offered as a two-year program with guidelines for outside service, attendance, and more. For more information, please click the appropriate tab on left.

We will update this site often with news, events and photos of our students in action so come visit often!

We are always looking for volunteers for our classrooms so there is no need for you to go home or sit in the car for one hour while your children are in class! Join us!  Please contact Mary Jo at (210) 649-1515 for more information.
